Traditional Protein A chromatography typically relies on acidic elution buffers to release bound antibodies. With i3 Digital Membrane Chromatography, we introduce a different approach.
Our innovative technology uses voltage-driven elution to enable antibody release under mild conditions, without the need for conventional low-pH elution buffers.
During the workshop, participants will gain insights into the principles of DMC, explore its analytical applications and discover the potential of innovative Protein A membrane solutions for antibody purification workflows.
