• Membrane Adsorber

for biomolecule purification with i3 DMC

The i3 DMC Membrane Adsorber is designed for the efficient and gentle purification of biomolecules using the DMC-elution method.

    • Ideal for rapid capture and release of highly concentrated biomolecules, monoclonal antibodies and Fc-containing molecules

    • Enables work in small-scale applications such as research, screening and process development

Its charged surface enhances the binding and separation process, providing rapid purification without compromising the integrity of your samples via DMC. Featuring an integrated ultra-thin gold membrane and contact pins on the housing, this advanced design allows for precise application of an electric field via the i3 DMControl Smart Control Unit. This ensures optimal control over the elution process, enhancing both performance and consistency.

The Membrane Adsorber is equipped with Luer-Lock connectors for seamless integration with liquid chromatography (LC) systems, making it easy to incorporate into your existing workflows for maximum convenience and flexibility.

The i3 DMCAEX is intended for the purification of negatively charged biomolecules using electrical potential for elution. Digital Membrane Chromatography (DMC) enables a rapid purification of highly concentrated eluates, ideal for drug discovery applications and the production of biomolecules for research and development purposes. The Anion Exchange Membrane Adsorber is equipped with four pins enabling the electric potential to be precisely directed onto the membrane. It can be easily integrated into a liquid chromatography system using Luer-Lock connection.
