The i3 DMC PrA membrane adsorber is designed for the affinity purification of monoclonal antibodies and other Fc-containing molecules using electrically driven elution. Its Protein-A functionalized cellulose membrane combines selective capture with convective mass transport, supporting rapid processing at elevated flow rates. With a bed volume of 0.1 mL, it is ideally suited for small-scale purification, antibody screening, analytical sample preparation, process development, and biomolecule production in drug discovery and R&D.

Together, the i3 DMC PrA membrane adsorber and the i3 DMC Control form the integrated system required to operate the innovative DMC technology and generate concentrated antibody eluates.
